LILI is an intensive curriculum for personal growth, designed specfically to develop high-caliber association leaders."LILI creates a unique learning environment that encourages participants to bring out the best in themselves, then apply what is learned across every aspect of their life." John Nichols, NAIFA Trustee, says: "The LILI experience has allowed me to look at myself deeper, to grow my business to levels I couldn't imagine, and to apply the concepts to my business, my association and my personal life." Be certain when you renew to consider joining AHIA. There is a link on your electronic notice to AHIA and you can view the many benefits of membership in it, as well as NAIFA. Also, you are encouraged to go to NAIFA 21 for highlights, or click on "Membership Brochure" and there will be a link to the NAIFA 21 video - 'Connections That Count.' And, so, it is most always about membership. Our NAIFA-Arizona membership outreach program focuses on building new relationships; yet, we're certain it will continue to enhance existing ones. The bottom line is to build the number of NAIFA-Arizona members. By doing so, everyone's needs and objectives are better met. There is no doubt that there is strength in numbers for the advocacy battles. But, numbers also build on programming, enhance networking, provides greater resources, and leverages everything we all do in the day to day activities. You can assist by recruiting just one new member or encouraging an associate to renew early. It's all about timing. NOW is the time! Because, LATER NEVER COMES. Thank you for your commitment to the association. You are appreciated!
Finally, would you please share with us: What are your two biggest challenges to making this your best professional year? Best wishes for a peace filled and bountiful Fall Season! Patricia A. Chesebrough, CAE
